HDR Photography | Medici Fountain Paris
While staying in Paris we decided to spend an afternoon at Le Jardin du Luxembourg. This beautiful little oasis is called the Medici Fountain and it’s the perfect place to grab some shade and take in the scenery. The fountain was originally constructed in the 1600s at a different location and was brought here to its final resting place in the 1860s. Upon arrival, I immediately knew that I wanted to photograph this spot. I waited until the sun was low so that I could capture the light coming through the trees and reflecting off the water. Paris is filled with the work of amazing sculptors and artists and the Medici Fountain is no exception!
