HDR Photography – Icelandic Landscape. This photo is the product of one of those moments that we all have from time to time when we’re driving. The sun was setting and the clouds were too awesome to pass up, so I pulled over and took this shot. Actually, I had a lot of these moments in Iceland, which made getting to our next destination much longer than expected. With only a few minutes left of light to work with, I searched for something to place in the foreground of the shot. This small bush was the most interesting thing I could find in the jagged Icelandic landscape. View the larger version of this photo here or Google Plus!

Post Processing & Camera Settings.

To capture this image, I took three bracketed shots EV (-2, 0, +2) and combined them into Lightroom. Next, I used the Creative Flow Lightroom Presets and Brushes. Finally, I combined the RAW file and my Lightroom version in Photoshop to finalize the shot.
