Nightscape Photography – Las Vegas Strip
Nightscape Photography – Las Vegas Strip. Las Vegas has many footbridges that span across the main strip and they offer a great view of all the sights that the city has to offer! I was a little deterred at first by the protective glass lining the walkway as it created a slew of unwanted reflections in my shot. I decided to work with the reflections rather than work against them. I found a semi-clear spot and composed some of the reflections right into the photo. When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade I suppose! I ended up really liking the transparent ghosting effect that it produced. Check out the larger version of this photo here or on Google Plus!
Post Processing & Camera Settings.
To capture this image, I took multiple exposures with my Sony a7rII and I used the Presetpro Nightscape Collection found in the Creative Flow. To finalize the image (sharpen and remove dust spots) I used Photoshop to complete the look.
