Landscape Photography | Cinematic Scene

Here’s a photo that I took in Iceland. What I find interesting about this photo is that it looks like it was taken from a high altitude. I was actually crouched down low to the ground but the wind was so strong that it created these tiny ripples in the water. It gave the illusion that it was taken from high up with a drone. This was a throwaway photo but with a little finessing and playing with the colors it turned out to be a pretty memorable shot.

To process this image, I used the Presetpro Creative Flow Lightroom Presets, Profiles, and Brushes. To finalized this image I imported it into Photoshop and ACR to sharpen.
