Landscape Photography “Mountain Fresh Air” – Hallstatt, Austria is one of those places where you can literally catch a whiff of that famous mountain air scent that they use in men’s body washes and aftershaves! Many people think it’s a myth. That the scent is only a wild interpretation of what mountain air should smell like, but I’m here to tell you, it’s very real! While walking the trails and looking for higher ground in Hallstatt, all I could smell was this sweet/soapy scent swirling around me. I suspect that it was coming from the thousands of pine trees that are native to the area. I couldn’t help myself but mimic one of the commercials I had seen as a kid as I drew in the scent, exhaled and proclaimed, “Mmm, Mountain Fresh!” Haha! Post Processing & Camera Settings.

To process this image, I used the Presetpro Creative Flow Lightroom Presets, Profiles, and Brushes (I used Lightroom Profiles included in the Creative Flow to color grade this image) Finally, I imported the image into Photoshop to do a little sharpening.
