HDR Photography | Cathedral Sunset

This is a photo of the streets that lay just behind Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France. It’s also important to note that this photo was taken back in 2017 before the infamous fires occurred in April 2019. We experienced one of the most amazing sunsets that night and it was the perfect opportunity to grab a few well-timed street shots. The colorful sky alone makes me fall in love this photo, but I think what I like best about it is the tiny little scenes that are happening all over the streets. The couples strolling arm-in-arm, the people enjoying a meal on the patio of La Esmeralda Café, and the excitement and contentment that is buzzing in the air! Paris is a special place for so many people, and with scenes like this happening all over the city, it isn’t hard to understand why!

To process this image, I used the Presetpro Creative Flow Lightroom Presets, Profiles, and Brushes. To finalized this image I imported it into Photoshop and ACR to sharpen.
