Cityscape Photography – Castel Sant’Angelo
Cityscape Photography – Castel Sant’Angelo. We were only in Rome for a few days and this shot was on my “must do” list. I got up before sunrise and headed towards the Tiber River. My objective was to capture Castel Sant’Angelo with the bridge all lit up. Castel Sant’ Angelo is a cylindrical fortress that lies on the bank of the Tiber River near Vatican City. The bridge leading up to this building is lined with the most amazing Roman statues. I had a lot of fun processing this image and it brought me right back to those 4 amazing days in Rome! Post Processing & Camera Settings.
To capture this image, I took multiple exposures with my Sony a7rII and I used the Presetpro Signature Collection found in the Creative Flow. To finalize the image (sharpen and remove dust spots) I used Photoshop to complete the look.
