Photography | Cafe Sunset in Paris

This is one of those images that can tell many stories. The more you look at the subtle details the more the scene comes to life. As the sunset that day highlighted the beautiful details of Parisian life in the summertime. Relaxing near the Seine River while enjoying a cappuccino and watching people go by in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. From the couple crossing the street to the waft of smoke being highlighted by the setting sun, it takes me back to that very day. I’ll always remember the smell of fresh pastries and the hustle-bustle of the city that is uniquely Paris. To capture this image I used my Sony a7R2 with a FE 16-35 lens F4. Settings: 1/320 sec, f/8, ISO 100. To process this digital image I used the Film Emulation Collection (Kodak Portra 160) Lightroom presets and profiles.
