Beautiful Montmartre Paris. Montmartre is a beautiful old neighborhood in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. It sits high up on a hill and offers a unique view of the city. It has those quintessentially steep cobblestone streets and as you can imagine it’s a great location for photography. For this photo, I wanted to capture some motion in the shot. I think it’s fun to add in a little blur from time to time. It helps to tell the story and brings the viewer closer to the moment that the photo was taken.
