HDR Photography – Peaceful Morning

Blending Light HDR Photography “Peaceful Morning.” Here’s a shot that I took in Venice, Italy. If you haven’t been to Venice or St. Mark’s square, this is the place to be early in the morning! Usually, the square is filled with people during the day, but if you get up early enough, it will just be you and the pigeons! The Gondolas are such a classic shot and the morning colors are always spectacular!

Post Processing “Peaceful Morning” – I took three bracketed exposures EV (-2, 0, +2) and I used my Lightroom Presets on a single exposure (EV, 0) to get some interesting and creative looks. Next, I combined the original three EV (-2, 0, +2) RAW files into Aurora HDR and Photomatix Presets to create a couple of interesting HDR versions! Finally, I mixed all my different “versions” into Photoshop to get the final image!
