Times Square NYC: This place is always busy so finding somewhere to set up your camera/tripod can be challenging. The one thing I love about photography is once you get behind the camera the world seems to melt away… even in Times Square. My ultimate mission was to capture a cab/bus “whizzing by” (to get the long exposure light streaks) along with the “circus like” background of this incredible atmosphere. Basics for this shot: Waited for the “Blue Hour” and set my camera to AV mode with Bracketed shots (-1, 0, +1) Post Process: I used Lightroom on each exposure and then ran my three images through Photomatix.
