These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your agreement with https://www.presetpro.com and https://www.freepresets.com (the “Service”, “Services”, our “Website”, the “Site”) operated by Presetpro.com, Freepresets.com, Presetpro Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you accept this Agreement and warrant that you have the authority to enter into it. If you do not agree with all provisions, do not access the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Technical Note: Our Services provide advanced digital tools for photographers. These Terms ensure the protection of our proprietary digital infrastructure and your user experience while utilizing our digital assets and RAW workflows.
1. Purchases and Payment Terms
We utilize a third-party ecommerce platform, FastSpring, for all payment processing. Payment information is provided directly to them. By making a purchase, you agree to FastSpring’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. FastSpring adheres to PCI-DSS standards to ensure the secure handling of all payment data.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not issue returns or refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us at contact@presetpro.com for assistance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the Service are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not resell, transfer, or license any materials found on the Service, including digital presets, profiles, and images. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited. You agree not to alter or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Site.
4. Availability and Errors
We regularly update our offerings but cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of prices, specifications, or availability. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide 15 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
