HDR Photography – Regent Street at Night

HDR Photography “Regent Street at Night” – Here’s a photo that I took in London, England. While exploring Piccadilly Circus, I noticed a string of decorative Union Jack flags hanging above Regent St. The iconic glowing advertisements of Piccadilly were directly behind me and provided the perfect amount of light (1 second exposure & ISO 100). The mixture of light complemented the steady flow of traffic, giving me some nice light trails! If you’re in London and looking to do some night photography, head over to “The Circus!”

Post Processing “Regent Street at Night” – I took three bracketed shots EV (-2, 0, +2) I used Lightroom on a single exposure (EV, 0) to create a couple of different versions. Next, I combined the original three EV (-2, 0, +2) RAW files into Aurora HDR to create an HDR version. Finally, I blended all my different “versions” into Photoshop to get the final image! To get the subtle glow effect in this image I used the New Aurora HDR 2017!
